Hello everyone.

Roberto just helped me create this blog, which will serve as our online forum for the semester.
If you're reading this, you've already entered my url and gone to my blog.

In order to create your own blog:
(1) Leave this blog and go to http://www.blogger.com
(2) Click "create your own blog now"
(3) Follow the steps, which include entering your email address, choosing a password, a display name ("Comparative Philosophies" on my blog).
(4) Name your blog (also "Comparative Philosophies" for my blog) and give it a web address ("www.comparativephilosophies.blogspot.com" for my blog).
(5) Choose a skin (the way you want it to look)
Now you're ready to post.

In order to post:
(6) Click "start blogging"
(7) Give your entry a title and start typing.
(8) When you're ready, either click "publish post" or "save now" so you can continue or edit later.

In order to read and respond to someone else's blog:
(9) Enter their url (for my blog, "http://www.comparativephilosophies.blogspot.com").
(10) Click the "comment" link at the bottom of the entry to which you want to respond.
(11) When you're done, click "publish your comment."

Since I'm just learning this myself, I'm certain I'm leaving something out.
Fortunately, most if not all of you have done this before.
So I'll either post more later, or Roberto, Odile, or others can help the rest of us when we meet.
